What would the maximum volume of water that fills this tub, need to know to install an appropriate water heater

The Better bath tub # LC209678 can hold about 5.5 cubic feet of water which translates to about 41 gallons. It will actually be less that 5.5 cubic feet and 41 gallons since the tub is tapered and I went by the overall dimensions and not just the opening of the tub. But it is better to have a water heater that can provide more than enough hot water than one that comes up just short.
