The Pace Edwards SwitchBlade Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-SWF6985 that you referenced doesn't necessarily have a locking feature, but if your tailgate has a lock then it does secure your truck bed.

If you jump to the 0:38 mark in the attached video you can see that to open up the tonneau cover you have to have the tailgate down. With the tailgate locked someone would have to destroy the tonneau cover or beat your lock to gain access to your truck bed making this a great theft deterrent.

This cover fits the following vehicles:

2008 - 2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6-3/4 Foot Bed
2015 - 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty 6-3/4 Foot Bed
2015 - 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty 6-3/4 Foot Bed
