Question:
Hello, I know you can use low profile cables cable chains but how many do you need to use and if the answer is less than 4, which tires do they go on?

I took a look at the owners manual for a 2016 Subaru Forester and it states that cables should be placed on the front tires only and must be Class S compatible such as the Titan # TC339DC. These are V-track cables that have a diagonal cross pattern and include adjusters. Please make sure any cables fit the size of tires you have on your Forester; you can find the size tires these cables fit on the product page or let me know what you have and I'll be happy to make a recommendation for you.
