when in tow mode with the edge do I still need to use my trucks tow mode Thank you

I spoke with my contact at Edge who said that you will want to activate the tow mode on your 2016 GMC Sierra 3500 when using the tow mode for the Edge Diesel Evolution CTS3 Performance Tuner # EP69YR.
This will give your transmission some extra protection when towing.
