Hi, I am looking to purchase a hitch for my 2017 Subaru WRX. I was wondering if you have a wiring harness for that vehicle?

There is a wiring harness available for your 2017 Subaru WRX, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56259. This will give you a 4-flat connector and will simply plug in to your Subaru's connection points behind the tail lights. I've added a link to a video review of this prodcut as well as a link to an installation video.
For the hitch I recommend the EcoHitch # 306-X7257, though this will only fit if your WRX has the center knock out panel in the lower rear fascia. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and has a 3,500 lb towing capacity and 525 lb tongue weight capacity. Should you not have the center knock out panel you would be able to use the Curt # C11408, which is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver, 2,000 lb towing capacity and 200 lb tongue weight capacity.
Please keep in mind this hitch is going to require the use of stabilizing straps # 18050 with all non-trailer accessories such as bike racks and cargo carriers in order to maintain the warranty. I've added a link to a demonstration video for you which shows you how the straps are used. I've also added links to videos of installs for you to look at.
