Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring of 2016 Ford Edge Where Right Side Circuit Doesn't Work

Question:
Left and right directional from inside only works left blinker on trailer plug. Getting very weak light on test light for right side plug. Everything else works as it should but I cant get anywhere only making left turns. 2016 Ford Edge. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Here's how we determine if the problem is the converter box of the trailer wiring harness you have installed on your 2016 Ford Edge.Test the wire green wire that runs to the converter box from where it attaches to the vehicle wiring. If there is voltage there with the blinker but it's weak on the other side of the box then the box is faulty.
I suspect it is the converter box, but if you can test that for me we'll know for sure.
