Based on my research, it looks like your Dodge Challenger uses the 3/4"-16 filter thread size, so the spin-on adapter that is included with the Derale Tube-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit # D15551 that you were looking at will actually work perfectly. I do recommend confirming this on your vehicle, as its possible you have a different model. This cooler kit also includes the high-temperature, high-pressure rubber hose with stainless steel clamps.
This is a really nice, tube-and-fin cooler that will do a great job of working to prolong the life of your engine and improving its overall performance. You will just want to make sure you have the space available to mount the 16-5/8 inch, 7-5/8 inch tall, and 3/4 inch deep cooler.
I have attached the written installation instructions and a short video demonstration on this cooler that you can use for reference.
