The 45 degree, part # F02-4100, and the 90 degree, part # F02-4110, Hydroflush Reverse Flush Adapters are the same product other than the bend in the line. Which is beter for you depends on your specific application.
Most people seem to prefer the 45 degree angle works better for them because of where the waste valve is located on their RV. For some the waste valve is very low and close to the ground so the 90 degree makes it easier.
