Yes, the Valterra Hydroflush Reverse Flush Adapter # F02-4100 referenced in your question is designed to fit with and will work perfectly with your 15 Foot Long Flushing Hose # W01-4180.
The bayonet fitting will then secure to a standard 3 inch lug fitting on the RV's waste valve and the 3 inch lug fitting allows you to connect a sewer hose. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also take a look at.
