Interested in the rack’em trailer kit. Curious if the RA Stihl kit will bolt up to the Stihl BR-700 backpack blower?

I spoke with my contact at Rack'em and was able to verify that the Backpack Blower Adapter # RA-STIHL referenced in your question is indeed compatible with your Stihl BR-700 Backpack Blower.
This adapter kit will work great with the Pack'Em Rack for Open Utility Trailers # PK-6-OP1 to hold your blower. This is a really great system that will allow you to load up your trimmers and backpack blower to your open trailer. I have attached a couple of short video demonstrations on this product that you can also check out.
