The Curt A20 part # C16540-16026 that you referenced is a fit for the factory rail kit you have in your 2017 Nissan Titan XD. The issue you may have is turning clearance since this is a fixed hitch and your truck bed is shorter than 8 feet.
So instead you'll want the Nissan rail kit adapter part # DM6200 with the slider A20 hitch part # C16541 and you'd be set. When you get into a tight parking spot you'll be able to slide this hitch back and have the needed clearance.
