I may have a solution for you, however there is not a trailer hitch currently available that is designed to fit the e-tron model of your 2018 Audi A3.

If you were planning on using the trailer hitch with a carrier to transport your bikes, another option is with a trunk-mounted rack. I recommend taking a look at the Yakima FullBack Bike Rack, either the 2-Bike model # Y02634 or 3-Bike model # Y02633. This carrier is confirmed to fit your vehicle and features adjustable arms to help keep the bikes level, an interlocking HUB to let you adjust the base to fit the shape of your trunk, and rubber and foam pads on contact points to protect your Audi's finish. With the 2 bike model, you can secure bikes of up to 35 pounds each and on the 3 bike model it can secure 3 bikes with a total weight of 90 pounds. A bike and rack lock are included with either model to secure everything into place and help deter theft.

With these or any other hanging-style rack, you may need an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01 if you plan on transporting any children's, woman's, or alternative frame bikes. This will provide a horizontal crossbar for level transport and improved ground clearance.
