Looking for Thule tire chains for my truck with a tire size 275 55R20. What size do I need?

Thule tire chains were made by Konig and unfortunately there is not a fit for your 275/55R20 tires from that manufacturer. For best traction, I recommend the Pewag All Square Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners for Wide-Base Tires # PWE3229SC. The cam tighteners make installation easy and allow you to quickly adjust the tension on your tires.
If you need low clearance chains that are class S compatible, then I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern # TC2327. These chains have an integrated tensioner and color coding to assist.
Both of these chains are made of manganese nickel alloy steel for strength and durability, but the difference will be in clearance and traction. I recommend checking your owners manual for any manufacturer restrictions or instructions on tire chain use.
