Question:
Am wondering if these screens would be impacted if I lower the window? I travel with my dog in the back and would like to use both these plus the rear one to keep the heat off her while travelling... I tend to open the rear windows a couple inches for airflow for her.... These would be put in the rear of my Chev Duramax truck?

The Hopkins Sunscreen QuickCling Vehicle Window Shade # HMSP4605041 referenced in your question is going to attach to the side window in your truck by using static electricity. This will do a nice job of keeping the shade in place, however opening the window might provide too much of a wind disturbance for the shade to stay attached. I recommend simply opening the windows as little as possible with the shade on so as to avoid this issue.
For the rear window, you can use part # SP280804R, which measures 39-3/8 inches long, 19-1/4 inches tall and will attach via 4 suction cups.
