K2 Cross mount bracket K2CRM3312 What hard ware comes with this for mounting? Does the 4 mounting brackets and nuts and bolts come with this as well? This is for my 2005 Silverado

The Replacement Cross Member Plow Attachment # K2CRM3312 that you referenced does not come with the mounting brackets or hardware. It is just the cross member itself, although some packages may include the safety clips (which you should already have).
For mounting hardware for your 2005 Chevrolet Silverado you will need to pick the kit that is specifically for your truck model:
1500 LD - # K283013
1500 HD - # K283011
2500 HD or 3500 - # K283011
My contact at K2 said that if you have the Z71 package that a mounting kit will not fit.
