Thank you. I do not have a working wire harness currently. Which harness would best suit me...that is a plug in?

There is a solution for you to use both your 4-way and 5-way connectors on your 2007 Toyota Tacoma though it is not a quick plug-in option. Instead, you would need to use the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 20036 which will change the 4 flat on your Tacoma to a 5 flat, though you would still be able to use the 4-way on your trailer by simply plugging it into the 5-way.
