Hello, Would you please tell me if a Curt trailer hitch model 13119 will fit a 2013 Mitsubishi RVR. Thank you.

I do have a solution for you, but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13119 that you referenced is not confirmed to fit your 2013 Mitsubishi RVR.
For a Curt trailer hitch that is a Class III option with a 2 inch receiver you will instead want to go with part # C13079 which is confirmed to fit your RVR. A sample installation video has been attached for you to reference.
Please note that any non-trailer loads, such as a bike rack or cargo carrier, must be supported with a strap like part # 18050 per the Curt warranty.
