Great video on how to put chains on dual tires Ive never used chains. Should you get 2 rubber tensioners so that you put it on the outside of the outside tire and also on the inside of the inside tire?

When using tire chain adjusters, such as the Titan Chain RA10 Rubber Adjusters # TCOA2 that you referenced, you should only need to use one on the outside of the outside tire. This will allow for a better and tighter fit when using chains on your vehicle tires. This set includes 2 adjusters for one pair of chains.
