The Kat's Heaters Lower Radiator Hose Heater w/ 270 F Thermostat - 1" Hose - 400W # KH16400 is a universal fit, so it may require slight adaptation for each fit. From what I can find online, it appears the CR-V models use a hose that is 1-3/16 inches diameter so the included hose clamps should work very well with this application.
