can the Sweagman bike fork mount part #S64703 be screwed into a piece of wood on my pickup floor or does it need to be through bolted? When utilizing this same product as a through axle mount does it come with different size s? Thanks

While the Swagman Impakt Bike Rack # S62FR wasn't originally designed for attaching to wood if you used a long enough wood screw and the wood was in good enough shape this would work fine.
This comes ready to carry bikes with 9 mm and 15 mm thru axles forks but if you have a 20 mm axle you'd also need the # S64715 as well.
