Question:
I need a 3/4 pipe thread replacement stem for a 1970 fleet wood double wide mobile home. It is all brass. Single o ring in bonnet one at top of threads. Aprocimately 1 and 5/8 long. Will this work?

I went out to the warehouse and the measurements of the Replacement Compression Stem for Phoenix Faucets Dual Handle Faucets - Qty 1 # PF187022 are exactly what you stated. The thread width is 3/4 inch and the overall height is 1-5/8 inches. The threaded portion is also approximately 5/8 inches if you remove the single o-ring.
This looks like a perfect match for your 1970 Fleetwood Double Wide based on your measurements.
