Both of these harnesses will install the same way on your vehicle and the only real difference between the two is the manufacturer. I recommend going with the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118501, as Tekonsha is well-known for producing reliable electrical products.

As you also mentioned in your question, this harness is going to install a 4-Way connector at the rear of the vehicle, which will be used to connect with and power a trailer's basic signal lights. If you will be towing a trailer with brakes, you will just need to add the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This kit includes everything needed to install a fully functional 7-Way connector from the existing 4-Way, including the wiring necessary to run from a brake controller to the electric brake output pin on the connector.
