Will this product fit a 2006 Jeep Liberty Limited with raised factory side bars with no cross bars?

According to the Surco fit guide, the correct Safari Rack for your 2006 Jeep Liberty is the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket for Factory Rails part # SPS4550-1101 which is 50" long x 45" wide. The 60" long version may still work for you but unfortunately I cannot recommend you use it due to the surface area on the roof of your Jeep. The cargo basket will work well with your factory raised side rails and will not require crossbars for use.
In order to install either of the above cargo baskets on your Jeep, you will also need to use the Clamp-On Adapters for Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket part # SP1101.
