Im looking for just the 2 inch strap that typically goes into the cambuckle like in part # EM34409 .Anyway to buy the 2 inch strap with the stitched in hook at the end but not the cam buckle?

If you are needing just the strap part from the Erickson Cam Buckle Tie-Down Straps w/ S-Hooks # EM34409 then you will need to get the whole kit as we do not offer only the straps. Typically when a strap has worn down enough the entire kit needs to be replaced.
