Is this the same as a regular ball mount European style 3 1/8 rise with 2 inch ball

The European style ball mount like # C45592 will work well in place of the standard fixed style ball mount. These are normally only compatible with 1-1/4 inch receiver openings. You would follow the same rise sizes based on your needs. I've attached an article to assist.

The biggest difference is the integrated ball and the lack of a drop. The standard fixed style mounts can allow the rise or drop to tow level. The European style is a cleaner look if you only will use the rise position.
