can i use these on my 2013 chevy cruze eco ? i would check the owners manual but it didnt come with one.

I took a look at an online version of the 2013 Chevy Cruze owner's manual and it stated that while snow chains could not be used, other traction devices could, and you would need to place them on the rear wheels. The Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC1038 are cables and not chains and will work for your Cruze so long as your tire size is 215/55-17 or 225/45-18.
