Can the Camco RV Adjustable Broom w/ Dustpan # CAM43623 be Hung and What is the Thickness

Question:
I want to hang this broom on my door but I can't tell from the pictures if there is a hole in the handle to hang it. Also how thick is it?

There is a hole (about 1/2") to hand the Camco RV Adjustable Broom w/ Dustpan # CAM43623 for storage purposes.
If you were to hang it against a flat surface it would stick out about 1-1/2" from the wall or door.
