Question:

It seems that all your harnesses take the separate brake and turn signals from the Fiat 500s three-wire system down to a two way system. My trailer has separate wires for brakes, lights and turn signals. Do you have a harness that does not combine the brake and turn signals?

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56174 will still be what you need for your vehicle. The adapter you need for your trailer will actually be on the trailer side. I recommend the Curt Vehicle to Vehicle Tail Light Converter # C56196 which will separate the combined turn and stop light signals for your trailer function. You will want to use a diode like # 38955 on the tail light function to prevent power feedback.
