The Westin MAX Winch Mounting Tray - Black Powder Coated Steel # 46-23785 installs in the same location as your Fisher Plow mounts on your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500. To utilize any winch on the front of your vehicle, you would need to remove the Plow mounts and swap them out. I've attached the installation details to show you the locations they mount to.
You may be interested in using a hitch receiver winch mount option for the rear of your truck. I recommend the Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate with Handles - 2" x 2" Hitch # BDW20011 for an easy to add mount or the # C31010 for a cleaner look if you prefer.
