Are there removal and installation instructions for the LC387523 assembly? Is there a male connector fr the female connector on the assembly?

Although there are no installation instructions for the Replacement Gear Motor Assembly for Slide-Out Motor Assembly # LC387523 that you referenced, you can still easily install it. You will simply need to reverse the process of when you remove the current motor.
The connector on the assembly is male and will plug into the female connector that your current motor is plugged into.
