The Yakima lock housings # Y8870069 are what the lock cores fit into. The lock cores are what the key fits into to actuate the lock. So if you have the lock cores but no housings you would use # Y8870069. But if you need lock cores use # Y07204 for a 4-pack, 2 matching keys, and the control key to install the locks.
