Would this cover be ok to use in a winter/snow climate area? Such as the southern part of New York right near the Pennsylvania border.

The Adco SFS AquaShed Cover # 290-52244 is for more moderate climates, and though it would likely hold up in the short term I recommend the Camco UltraGuard # CAM45743 for a winter climate that will see snow. This cover, which will fit travel trailers between 26 feet and 28 feet and is built to resist the type of weather that often comes in more wintry climates.
