I have 1999 f350. Super duty. 4x4 , W/ 4in lift Please advice, end links and do I need to remove my spare tire? Thank you

Since your 1999 Ford F-350 has a 4" lift, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for Pickup Trucks # RM-1139-153 is going to require you to use the End Link Kit for Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-590039-00. The spare tire will not need to be removed when using this Anti-Sway bar.
