Question:
I have a 2003 Toyota 4-Runner with a factory installed hitch and 7 wire trailer wiring receptacle. I am interested in your electric brake controller, but did not see if I needed a relay, or anything extra... Please advise. thanks

With this Tekonsha Voyager Proportional Brake Controller # 39510 you will also need harness # 3040-P, to make it functional on your 2003 Toyota 4-Runner.
You will simply plug the included adapter into the back of the brake controller and then plug the other end into the port underneath the dash and you will be good to go.
