Recommended Slide Out Topper for 169-3/4 inch Wide Slide Out

Question:
My slide is 169inch and I see this14.5foot topper covers up to 169-3/4inch but I would really like to have a little more coverage. The 15foot awning says it starts at 170. Would it be possible to to use it on my 169inch slide to get a little more coverage on the ends or will that 1inch keep the hardware from working. Thanks

If your slide out is 169-3/4 inch the correct topper is the part # LCV000163302 that you referenced, but you should note that the actual width of the awning is 174 inches so it should be as wide as you like.
