There are hitches that fit your 2017 Hyundai Tucson, but the part number you mentioned is not one of them. I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame # 75836, which is a Class III hitch with a towing capacity of 3,500 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 525 lbs. This hitch is a bolt-on installation so no drilling is required.
If you plan on towing, you will need a 4-flat connector, # 118501, and a ball and mount. I recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball and a pin and clip. In order to choose the correct ball mount, you will need to take a couple quick measurements, which is explained in the help article on ball mounts I've attached for you.
