The trailer I bought has got the round plug. My 2003 Chevy express van doesnt have any plug. What do I need?

It sounds like your new trailer has a round 7-Way connector attached, however I do recommend verifying this on your trailer. In order to install a matching connector at the rear of your 2003 Chevy Express Van, you will just need a couple items.
First, since your vehicle does not have a trailer connector at all, you will need to install a 4-Way like the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118392. This harness is custom-fit for your Express Van and will connect directly to the built-in ports located behind the trim panels in the cargo area. I have attached the written installation details and a video on the 2004 Chevy Express Van that you can use for reference.
Next, if you are only needing to power your trailer's basic signal lights (and it is not equipped with brakes), you can use an adapter like the Hopkins 4-Pole to 7-Pole # 37185. This will convert the above 4-Way to a 7-pole round plug to connect with your trailer and power its signal lights.
If your trailer does have brakes, you will need to install the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 instead of the # 37185 adapter. This kit includes everything needed to install a fully functional 7-Way from the existing 4-Way, along with a brake controller like the excellent Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885. I have attached an article that details the installation steps for this wiring kit that you might find helpful.
I have also included a couple additional articles on trailer wiring and brake controllers that you can check out.
