I do have a way for you determine if the Pacer Performance Hi-Five LED Truck Cab Lights part # PP20-206 will retain the same factory mounting holes as the cab lights on your 1991 Chevy C/K Series Pick-up but they are not specifically designed to do so.
In order to determine if they will mount in the same location as the factory holes you will need to confirm that the first and last mounting holes on the roof of your vehicle are 3" apart on center. If your factory cab lights mounting holes are 3" apart on center than these will be a direct replacement but if they are not 3" apart on center then you will need to drill your own holes for installation.
The lights come with everything included for installation. They ground though the mounting surface therefore, only one power wire is required to be connected in order for each light to work. The lights can either be ran to an existing circuit or you can use the included toggle switch to run your own.

I need amber and red clearance lights to put on my RV. Looking for LED and the mounting holes are 3 inches apart. What do you recommend?
