Question:
Will the Horst probes for the black water tank also work in the gray water tank? Each holding tank has 6 sensors. I ll need to buy 2 packages of black probes 8 and 1 package of gray sensors 4. I want to use the 2 extra black probes to make up what I need in the gray tank. Thanks.

I spoke with my contact at Valterra regarding the Horst Miracle Probe Sensors for Black Water Tanks # T21301VP referenced in your question. She stated that there is no reason you could not use a couple of the black water probes in your gray water tank. The primary difference between these and the Gray Water Probes # T21302VP is that the black water probes feature an extra coating/seal to protect them from debris.
These sensors will work great in your tanks to provide an accurate indication of waste levels. The extra long units will also prevent false and incorrect sensor readings.
