Timbren Axle-less Suspension System Regular Trailer Tire Compatibility With Off-Road Tire Spindles

Question:
For Axle-less part # TASR35HDS06 for off road tires, does it have to be off road tires? I was wanting the ability to one day put custom rims on there so I assumed this would be the axle for it compared to regular tires axle-less axles. I see the flange on this axle TASR35HDS06 is set out firther to allow for wider tires so I assume a regular width tire can fit also correct?

Expert Reply:
The Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System # TASR35HDS06 for off-road tires, does not mean you can't use regular tires. They have the brake flanges located for either regular tires or wider off-road tires to use. The spindles are slightly longer to allow for off-road tires if you so choose. Regular width trailer tires will work just fine on these spindles.
I've linked the page to your other options if you so choose, but these are the only 2 inch lift available. There is a 4 inch lift and a 4 inch drop in addition to the standard straight spindles.
