I do have an alternate option for you to mount step bars to your 2010 Toyota 4Runner. But there is not a mounting kit available for the Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards # 27-6120 that fits your 4Runner.
Instead, you can use the Westin E-Series Nerf Bars # 23-3585, which come in a black powder coat finish and fits your 2010 Toyota 4Runner.
