Hello, The description is confusing as to whether it will fit our truck. It states CONFIRMED TO FIT 2017 GMC Sierra 3500 Crew Cab with 8 Foot Bed excluding Crew Cab with 8 Foot Bed So the question is, will it fit a Crew Cab long bed or not fit a Crew Cab long bed. 8253DAT Thank you

I apologize for the confusion on what the Pop & Lock Tailgate lock part # PAL9900 fits. It DOES FIT your 2017 GMC Sierra 3500 with a crew cab and a long bed. The way it is written is meant to convey that it fits with or without it but it is confusing. You are good to go with this product.
