Can the trunk be opened all the way with this cover on a 2017 Honda Ridgeline?

Yes, with the BAK Revolver part # BAK39602 installed on your 2017 Honda Ridgeline you would still be able to open the trunk located in the bed of the truck but you'd be limited to 75 percent access since the last 25 percent stays over the bed.
