Difficulty Getting 3 Bikes to Fit the Thule Passage Trunk Mount Bike Rack

Question:

Weve had no trouble installing the mount and mounting 2 bicycles, but between seats and handlebars, we cannot figure out how to get that 3d bike on the mount. We need a video showing us how to do it, and I cannot find such a video online. Please advise 2017 Lexus GS 350 F-sport

It can be difficult to load a bike rack, including Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount Item # TH911XT, to capacity. This is true with pretty much all hanging bike racks. What you can do though is move the cradles so that there is more space between them.

The cradles fit snug onto the arms of the rack but they can move. What works is to twist the cradles back and forth while at the same time pushing or pulling. What I recommend is to move the first set of cradles as close to the vehicle as possible and then move the last set as far away as possible. This will provide a few more inches of space to work with.

There isn't a video showing this but it is straight forward; just twist while pushing/pulling.
