I see the exactly same product in curt C17062.and most of the products with chain are almost same.whats the diffience betweeen them?

There are many differences, though subtle, amongst the various chain hanging weight distribution systems. The various designs are patented but they do not change how the systems work. These systems are comprised of 4 major components: frame brackets, spring bars, the head, and the shank. The designs of each from the shape and length to the bars to the design of the head are all different.
If we are comparing Pro Series # PS49583 and Curt # C17062 the key difference is that the Pro Series hitch does not come with sway control whereas the Curt hitch includes a friction anti-sway bar. And the Pro Series hitch will need a ball, # 19286, whereas the Curt hitch comes with a ball. I have included some helpful links for you as well.
To choose a weight distribution system you will need to go by the total tongue weight of the set up. This is calculated by taking the tongue weight of the trailer, when loaded and ready to tow, and adding to that the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.
