For # P231157R360, tail light and brake light functions are listed, but not the signal light function. Does part # P231157R360 support the signal light function?

For Putco PURE Premium 1157 LED Bulbs - 360 Degree # P231157R3600 it will depend on the functions of the bulb it is replacing. So, if your vehicle uses an 1157 bulb that is for both brake lights and turn signals, or for brake, tail, and turn then this LED light will function the same as the original bulb.
