Front Suspension Enhancement For Snow Plow On 2003 Ford F150 4WD

Question:
I ordered and received FF150974A for my 2003 F150 4 wheel drive. I now see that the frame tower where the rubber spring is to be mounted is angled on the bottom, not straight like on the instruction sheet. Im wondering if I actually need the FF150972 since it comes with a beveled washer to make up for the angle on the frame tower. Also, I dont in any way need a 14,000 lb. weight rating . I only use a small personal use snow plow. If I in fact can use the FF150974 I will certainly install them, but am wondering if they will actually seat properly with the plow on. Thanks for your help.

The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TFF150974A is the only confirmed fit for your 2003 Ford F-150 4x4. I reached out to Timbren and they said that you will remove the lower stop on the control arm and when the new springs are installed they won't be exactly vertical, they will have a slight angle but that will not effect their function.
