Yes, the Curt fifth wheel trailer hitch bracket kit # C16424-204 will fit in your 2015 Ford F-350 that has a DEF tank.
The kit will mount industry standard rails in your truck's bed for a hitch like the Curt A25 # C16180.
If you'd also like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck's bed you can use # C56000.
