My truck is 2009 f250 super duty with B and W hitch will this kit work?

I have a solution for you, but, the Air Lift LoadLifter Air Helper Springs, # AL57212, is not compatible with the B&W hitch on your 2009 Ford F-250.
However, the Air Lift LoadLifter Air Helper Springs, # AL57398, are compatible with a B&W Gooseneck, Companion, or Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch. The upper mounting bracket on the these air springs can mount to the vehicle's frame with the hitch brackets installed to the frame.The frame and hitch brackets will have pre-drilled holes that match up and the air spring brackets will mount in the these holes.
These springs have a 5,000 lbs capacity and are confirmed to fit the 2009 Ford F-250.
