Thanks for the previous excellent reply! Only, Ive traded in the VW and now need both hitch and wiring advice for a 2017 MINI Cooper S Clubman. Id prefer not to spice wires, so I was looking at the inductive ? wiring, 119250KIT I think it was? Unless theres a kit with the correct end pieces to just plug it in between the light and the original connection.

For a trailer wiring harness confirmed to fit your 2017 Mini Clubman S that does not require any splicing you'd want the part # 119250KIT which is a confirmed fit and will work well. It's not a custom fit that matches the connectors of your vehicle, but since it uses sensors instead of splices it will install without any hardwiring.

For a ball mount you then would want the part # C45521 and then for a ball part # 19256.
